Dr Bikalpa Bikash Neupane (citizen of Nepal) is currently Head of AI and NLP at Takeda. As an emerging international leader in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and software engineering, Dr. Neupane is passionate about advancing the frontiers of technology in developing countries. Having earned his Ph.D. from the prestigious Penn State University in the United States, Dr Neupane has a track record of releasing and managing cutting-edge software at tech giants such as Microsoft, Overstock, and IBM Watson. He's received several recognitions from the United Nations and The World Bank. Dr Neupane teaches graduate level courses in computing and data science disciplines at several US universities and serves as a board member, advisor, and mentor to various technology startups in the USA and internationally.
Advisor
Pravidhi Neupane is a Senior Manager of Digital Process Automation at Takeda, where he drive innovation and efficiency in digital initiatives. From his remote position in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Pravidhi plays a pivotal role in enhancing Takeda’s digital infrastructure. He previously served as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Packsize, managing system reliability from Salt Lake City. His career began at Ancestry.com as a System Analyst/SRE, focusing on system optimization and network reliability. Pravidhi also gained experience at Brigham Young University, working as a Network Operation Center Analyst and Problem Management Coordinator. With a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, Pravidhi’s expertise spans digital automation and system management.
Software Engineer
Bidhan Phuyal is a talented software engineer specializing in frontend technologies. With a solid background in design, he excels in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using tools like Figma and Canva. Bidhan has experience working with leading companies, including his previous role at China Great Wall and Timberlogic Solutions, where he contributed to various frontend projects. A graduate of Amrit Science Campus, he combines his expertise in frontend development with a strong interest in compiler design. His skills in React, Next JS, Jquery, Tailwind, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and design tools enable him to craft innovative and effective solutions, making him a valuable asset in the realm of software development.

Prapanna Bista is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in backend, frontend, database management, and web hosting. He has successfully digitalized Nepal government sites and contributed to major projects at companies like Venture4Tech and Timberlogic. Proficient in Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), Database, React, Next.js, CSS, Docker, Python, and JavaScript, Prapanna has also completed various freelancing projects.
